LIFitKids learn to appreciate their breath, body awareness, respect for others and the power of their focused energy.  Our classes create a fitness adventure using all types of imaginary playful poses and movement which can incorporate hula hoops and glow in the dark accessories as well.  We enhance the experience by engaging partner and group exercises to stimulate their social skills and create a "together we are one" environment.
 Lifitmoms.com started 6yrs ago as a pre and post natal stroller fitness program which has now added yoga, Life & wellness coaching, nutrition workshops & Lifitkids programs for kids ages 2-12.
