Glad she doesn't see me as a couch potato.... You always said to make those kids proud of you and set an example. She still says: go mommy go!"

About our 5K Training:
"I ran 5k twice with Adele, she is the best! My next goal is 10k , couldn't even run a mile before the training , thanks again Adele"
"This is a doable & fun program that will actually turn non-runners in 2 runners! I'm aiming 4 the 10K on may 6th thanks 2 adele!!"
"I've always wanted to be a runner but never thought I could do it, but when I went to cheer my fellow SS on last year (2009) I was inspired watching them run the 5K. I said to myself I can do that! So this year (2010) I set my goal to become a runner. I want to experience what it feels like to throw on a pair of sneakers and run for 3 miles. (nonstop) LOL really I've never run before except playing soccer and its been a long time. So I signed up to run the 5k this year and today was my first day of team training and it was great I did it. looking forward to reaching my goal. :)" - Nancy F (Nancy has trained 3 times with us. She has run multiple races to date and has even recruited her husband to run them with her!)
