In a safe, family oriented, stroller friendly, fun, and nurturing way we will guide you to the finish line. Which for many people is just the start of their journey. Virtual Online CoachingThis option provides the flexibility you need and the accountability to achieve your goals! You get to pick your own race and train at your own pace, location, & most importantly on your time.
You'll get an individualized online training schedule catered to your goal/race dates, pace, location, fitness level, and at your available schedule. You'll also receive the motivation, accountability and tools to train properly, all done via internet & mobile data tracking. You will have your own assigned coach to make sure you are achieving your weekly goals and staying motivated throughout. |

So this year I set my goal to become a runner. I want to experience what it feels like to throw on a pair of sneakers and run for 3 miles. (nonstop) LOL really I've never run before except playing soccer and its been a long time. So I signed up to run the 5k this year and today was my first day of team training and it was great I did it. looking forward to reaching my goal. "
