Never underestimate the power of a soup! This winter has been BRReezing! Get those soups done, keep your nutrition and diet healthy. Save yourself from last minute cooking and freeze some so you and your family always have a nice warm healthy meal to come home to. Here is one of Maya favorites.
Ingredients: Bok choy Asparagus Broccoli Cauliflower Carrots Tofu Mushrooms Chicken broth Water Boil water and throw in veggies. if you like your veggies softer just let them sit longer. Don't forget to freeze some!
