These are the reason i swore Id never do another shake supplement! Last night I threw these out from my pantry (just taking up space). When I started training for my first triathlon I was always hungry and used these as my post workout shakes. I ended up having a kidney stone that thankfully passed thru after lots of pain. LESSON: Way too much protein isn't good either and these had 25g a scoop (not to mention all the crap ingredients I can barely pronounce!) This was what my gym's shake station used and what the trainers at my gym recommended for making my own at home protein shakes. Of course I stopped using them after my stone attack, but I swore off supplemental shakes. Although I LOVED my shakes my standards for a supplement just seemed impossible to find so I bought every ingredient myself. So glad I finally found one that has it all and so much more! Ask me about #Shakeology...it is a game changer!
