It was only a few hours ago when I started asking around about having a website so that our Long Island moms can have all our programs highlighted and they can explore fitness and fun all in one! Here I am excited to launch our website and am writing my very first, of what will likely be many, blog post! SO excited to share my joy with you. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences looking thru 5 years worth of pictures, videos, articles, etc. As I enter 2012, I am infused with so much enthusiasm and can not wait to take this year by storm! Good luck adele in this new endeavor - I know I'll be checking this blog regularly- I find your enthusiasm very motivating and I'm going to use this as a source of getting pumped up when you aren't available!
