Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga (ages 5-7): 6-week session
Mindfulness classes help us to distinguish between our thoughts, regulates emotions and improves response & reactiveness. This playful & imaginative class that encourages breathing techniques, and improves attention & awareness. Practicing mindfulness can also reduce stress and anxiety and help with cognitive and academic growth. Classes include: Yoga, Traditional Meditation, Sound Meditation, Mindfulness Practices, Visualization, and Art.
