Adele is registered with Yoga Alliance holding multiple certifications (200E-RYT, PRYT, CRYT, SUP YOGA, & YACEP). She also holds a Masters in Career Counseling and an Executive MBA and has 20+ years of business consulting and leadership experience. She has been teaching and leading programs in the fitness and wellness industry since 2006 and passionately serves as a leader of two of her founding companies to empower teams, enhance everyday living and LIFT the spirit of entrepreneurship and community responsibility. With expert instruction, fresh, locally sourced cuisine, beach visits, hikes, and loads of other activities, this trip is the perfect way to relax, re-energize, empower, heal, grow, adventure and connect to mother earth while creating life-long friendships and memories.

El Sabanero Eco Lodge is Quiet and beautiful, existing in harmony with nature. Located on a hillside in Cañafistula near Tamarindo, the hotel overlooks the Cañafistula Valley with beautiful views from all chalets. We are in the midst of 4 of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area so our clients do not need to choose just one and have a variety to choose from. Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra, Playa Junquillal and Tamarindo are all just a few minutes drive away. (Beaches are not in walking distance.) The Lodge: El Sabanero Eco Lodge was built in 2004 using all local material. Construction time was about 18 months and it was opened in 2005 to cater to nature seekers giving them a home away from home. A private escape cloaked in serenity and embraced by natural beauty, a unique place for those with a passion for authentic experiences.
