- LIFitKids Educational Adventures: Storytime, Animals class, ABC's thru movement, pajama time, Kids Gym - puppets and play

LIFITKIDS is a playful class that encourages breathing techniques, mindful movement, and body awareness. It will help children improve their physical strength, but will also be able to help them build their self-esteem, their concentration skills, and their ability to interact socially. Kids will love this energy releasing class while learning thru movement. LIfitKids is for all ages 2-15 year olds.  We offer fitness fun using imaginary story telling, playful drills, yoga and activities that have kids wanting more! Class is 30- 45 minutes and can offer a craft after class too.

Have fun while earning a badge! The LIfitkids yoga program is a great option for Girls Scout troops and other community groups looking for a fun, healthy activity. Our Kids Yoga Program can be tailored to complete Girl Scout badges or activities. Come to us or we’ll come to you. Birthday Parties

Our Parties are a fun, unique way to celebrate a birthday! We include fun, creative Yoga poses, breathing techniques, games, partner exercises and relaxation time. We come to your party location and provide yoga mats, props, and music to ensure a fun-filled celebration. Call today to book your kid’s next birthday party!

WHY do you incorporate YOGA....Yoga programs help kids learn breathing techniques, mindful movement, honoring their body and improved social awareness. With all the workload, social expectations and physical endurance our children are up against.  They will learn tools for overcoming challenges and techniques they can use for a lifetime.  



About Yoga: Yoga is an ancient practice designed to balance and purify the body, mind, and spirit. The practice consists of physical postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. With consistent practice, yoga can increase muscular strength and flexibility, lung capacity, brain function, and coordination. When the physical body is in peak condition, we are then free to explore the inner workings of the mind without distractions or limitations. The subtle aspects of the practice improve our overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being, allowing us to live happier and more fulfilling lives both on and off the yoga mat.
