Stroller Strides (for moms with stroller-aged children) is a circuit-based training program to help moms regain their strength and confidence. Children are entertained during class with songs, clapping, and lots of interaction. Social events are planned each month.
Body Back (for every mom) is a results-based exercise program offering two high-intensity interval workouts per week, along with before and after fitness assessments, meal plans, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program.
Moms on the RUN is our running program. We offer 5K, 10K and duathlon race training programs throughout the year. You can pick from either our group and/or individualized virtual training programs. That way you have the flexibility you need and the accountability to achieve your goals! Our virtual training program allows you to pick your own race and train at your own pace, location, & most importantly on your time. Member benefits include individualized training schedules, online and offline coaching support, and weekly training emails and organized stroller-friendly group runs. "Vinyasa Yoga" is a class designed to relieve the physical, emotional, and mental stresses of everyday life. It includes a combination of physical postures, breath-work, mindfulness practices, and meditation techniques meant to balance and purify the body, mind, and spirit. This is an Adult only class suitable for all fitness levels including the pre natal stage. It runs on a session basis as needed.
Our Moms Club is a FREE program for all moms who would like to join our weekly playgroups, monthly moms nights out, and our community & fundraising initiatives on Long Island. We also host lots of educational programming and additional programming such as CPR, sign language and healthy home classes for all to enjoy! Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only and formed on an as needed basis. Get 5 or more moms to join you and we'll create a class just for you!
L.E.A.N. (Learn Eating Awareness and Nutrition) is an 8-week lifestyle weight management program designed to help you achieve a balanced body and a balanced mind. L.E.A.N. is based on a very positive, empowering approach to health. Using behavior and cognitive modification, stress reduction and social support, clients discover how to take the power out of food, and get off the diet cycle for life. This program gives women the tools they need to make healthy, positive changes in their lives.
